The topline metrics
Reading the numbers
- Pageviews vs visitors. Pageviews always run higher than visitors, because one person usually views several pages. Visitors is the count of distinct people; pageviews is the count of page loads.
- Sessions sit between the two: one visitor, one or more sessions, several pageviews each.
- Bounce rate tells you how often people leave after a single page. High bounce isn’t always bad — a blog post read in one sitting bounces by design.
- Views per visit and session duration together describe engagement depth: how much of your site a typical visit explores and for how long.
The money row
Sites with Stripe connected also show a money band above the traffic chips:
The main chart bars still plot Charges (cash collected in each bucket). Current Instant MRR as a stock lives on the Revenue page. The money row only appears once the site has a Stripe connection. See Connect Stripe.
